Ensure your host organization meets U.S. Department of State requirements for J-1 internship and trainee programs.
At least, 5 full-time employees
Direct supervisor must be located on site with intern at all times
Worker's compensation or proof of exemption
Training address must provide suitable office environment
Validation call OR site visit (if less than 3 million annual revenue AND less than 25 full time employees)
